Note: Before the survey,

1. Please form your group in Canvas -> People -> Project Miniteams.

2. Please first read the dataset description document (Canvas > Files > Project > cs4248-datasets-v230124.pdf).

This form has four sections and will take about 10 minutes to complete. It asks for your subgroup members' identity, skills proficiency, project interests, and online preference.

Only one student from each subgroup needs to fill this form.

Please submit this form by 29 Jan 23:59 SGT (Sunday).

You can make teams by yourselves as an initial subgroup (1–3 students). You will be notified of your complete team members (5-6 students) and Team ID later by email towards the end of Week 04.

If you need to revise your submission, please do so by re-submitting your survey here using the same student.  Do not submit the survey again with a different team member.
