People

The People section of a course allows you to see everybody in the course. You can further search for people or filter based on roles using the tools at the top of the page. Clicking on someone's name brings you to their profile. 

The 'Groups' button at the top lets you see the various groups in the course. Your instructor might enable you to create groups or give you the option to leave or join groups. The next page will explain a bit more on how to use groups to work with others.
